These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) govern all transactions made with Movehue (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or making a payment through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Billing Terms.
1. General Billing Policy
1.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.
1.2. Prices for products and services are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
1.3. Movehue reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, product information, or billing, even after payment has been submitted or confirmed.
2. Payment Methods
2.1. We accept payments through authorized and secure payment gateways, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other options listed at checkout.
2.2. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
2.3. Payments made through unauthorized methods may be rejected, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by such issues.
3. Order Confirmation & Invoicing
3.1. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order along with an invoice or receipt.
3.2. Orders are not considered binding until full payment is received and verified.
4. Taxes & Duties
4.1. All applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout, where required.
4.2. For international orders, additional customs or import duties may be levied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by you directly.
5. Billing Errors & Disputes
5.1. If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, you must contact our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving the invoice or charge.
5.2. Failure to report billing discrepancies within this period may result in the charge being deemed accurate and final.
5.3. Refunds or adjustments for billing errors will be made in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Recurring Payments (If Applicable)
6.1. If you subscribe to any recurring services, you authorize Movehue to automatically charge your payment method at the agreed billing intervals.
6.2. You may cancel recurring payments by contacting us before the next billing cycle, subject to any cancellation terms disclosed at signup.
6.3. You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information to ensure uninterrupted service.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
7.1. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of your account and denial of future purchases.
7.2. We reserve the right to investigate and pursue legal action in cases of suspected fraudulent transactions.
8. Currency & Conversion
8.1. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
8.2. If your payment method uses a different currency, conversion rates and fees are determined by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges.
9. Termination of Billing Privileges
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of these Billing Terms.
